So far today I have made the Walnut/fig preserve shortbread's, the dough for the Honey spice cookies and the dough for the Hazelnut Rocher's.
Some people ask-How do you make so many cookies?? So, while my nuts are cooling...Hazelnuts that is...I will tell you:

SO that's two sinks (the one sink has my garden lettuce in it-the arugula and red Simpson are really beautiful right now), two dishwashers, two ovens, six burners, four food processors, prfessional size cookie sheets (each one holds 100 cookies) and a big mixer with two bowls. then there's the little stuff: Next post
