More progress:
I have decided I am insane. No one in their right mind would make these stupid rugalech's. Except me of course. They are such a pain-but then I taste them and every year I have ot make them. was going to save the second batch to make on wednesday night when a few of the Diva ladies are coming over for a lesson. then I said-"why would I do that?? No one else would ever make these things!". but htey are delicious. it is a cream cheese and butter pastry crust with Dark chocolate and orange inside. Delicious. But my arms are killing me from wielding a 10 lb rolling pin for the last 1/2 hour rolling out the pastry crust.
It's "resting" now. will bake tomorrow.
MAde th edough for the ginger lemon cookies. TIme to clean up and finish for the eveing.
